Total Abs - Core and Flexibility
Ab based class with focus on core and flexibility. Great for folks with lower back pain. This is an Intermediate level class, but all levels are welcome. The course can be modified for those that need it.

I am driven by the achievements of my clients.  I take pride in the progress we make together on your fitness journey. 

I served 10 years as a hospital corpsman in the US Navy.  I cannot think of a better place to learn the discipline and motivational skills needed to be successful as a personal trainer.  I furthered my personal development by working at a cardiac rehab center where I helped transplant patients during their recovery.  While specializing in injury rehab, I worked with many athletes on the Rochester Americans, a professional hockey team, the Rochester Red Wings, a minor league baseball team, and the Rochester Rhinos, a professional soccer team.  After moving back to my home state of CT, I worked at the Middlesex YMCA as a personal trainer and co-coordinator of the Livestrong program.
