Nature Connection and Hikes:
The Middletown Department of Recreation offers a Pass that allows residents and non-residents to join monthly nature hikes and monthly nature connection, or forest bathing, sessions. The pass is for four months (Jan-Apr; May-Aug; and Sep-Dec) and is kept low cost to encourage nature access to all. Details of the programs and planned locations are below. All hikes and forest bathing sessions start at 10am and go for about 1.5 hours.
Nature Hikes:
Join Beth Lapin and others for a monthly hike around Middletown in a variety of beautiful nature parks.
Upcoming Locations include:
March 1 (Sun): Harbor Park – Erik/Greg
April 4 (Sat): Maromas – Beth/Greg
