Forest Bathing 101
Come out to Middletown’s beautiful parks and enjoy time reconnecting to nature and the planet.
Each month we’ll do a mix of nature connection exercises, breathing techniques, and a sit spot meditation that will help you become more present in nature.
Monthly locations will vary, see below, and be updated early enough to register!
All ages are welcome!
