Forest Bathing 101
Come out to Middletown’s beautiful parks and enjoy time reconnecting to nature and the planet. Each month we’ll do a mix of nature connection exercises, breathing techniques, and a sit spot meditation that will help you become more present in nature. Monthly locations will vary, see below, and be updated early enough to register! All ages are welcome! Instructor: Erik Assadourian

Nature Hikes / Walks
Wear hiking shoes and bring a light snack and water. Children under age 16 must attend with an adult 18+. Cancelled if inclement weather. Leashed dogs generally OK; check for specifics. Each walk lasts about 1.5 hours. Some may be longer. Come walk with Beth Lapin, Erik Assadourian and Greg Klaus. Enjoy, exercise and learn while walking.
