Forest Bathing 101
Come out to Middletown’s beautiful parks and enjoy time reconnecting to nature and the planet. Each month we’ll do a mix of nature connection exercises, breathing techniques, and a sit spot meditation that will help you become more present in nature. Monthly locations will vary, see below, and be updated early enough to register! All ages are welcome! Though parents may enjoy dropping their young children (4+) at the Everyone Outside kids nature program that meets at the same time. Instructor: Erik Assadourian

Everyone Outside
Join us for nature play and games with your child, or let us occupy your child while you attend Forest Bathing 101, which takes place nearby. We will walk to a nearby spot and play games, make tea from edible plants, build forts, explore, learn about invasive species and see what else nature presents to us!

Nature Hikes / Walks
Wear hiking shoes and bring a light snack and water. Children under age 16 must attend with an adult 18+. Cancelled if inclement weather. Leashed dogs generally OK; check for specifics. Each walk lasts about 1.5 hours. Some may be longer. Come walk with Beth Lapin, Erik Assadourian and Greg Klaus. Enjoy, exercise and learn while walking.
