Dawn is a mother of 2 teens, a full time educator of 20 + years and a dedicated fitness instructor.  She is passionate about health and wellness and believes in a holistic approach to well-being.  Dawn is on a journey to discovering the best version of herself, while helping others do the same along the way.  She makes classes diverse, challenging and always offers a fun experience designed for all fitness levels.  It is important to her that members feel welcome, comfortable and happy during all of her classes.

Full Body Strength & Sculpt  “Body Pump”  A low impact class, perfect for beginners and all fitness levels looking to get lean, toned and fit by using light to moderate weights.  Participants choose how heavy they want to lift and are guided through the class with lots of repetition designed to strengthen your entire body.
