Saturday Sweat: HIIT Bounce
Dawn is a mother of 2 teens, a full time educator of 20 + years and a dedicated fitness instructor. She is passionate about health and wellness and believes in a holistic approach to well-being. Dawn is on a journey to discovering the best version of herself, while helping others do the same along the way. She makes classes diverse, challenging and always offers a fun experience designed for all fitness levels. It is important to her that members feel welcome, comfortable and happy during all of her classes.

Saturday Sweat: HIIT Bounce: A 30 minute high intensity interval training class that gives you an amazing cardio workout in a short amount of time. Participants will bounce and sweat on mini trampolines and leave class energized, ready to take on their weekend!
