Ditch the workout, and join the party! Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements. It uses the principle of interval training and cardio-based, easy-to-follow steps that include body sculpting, targeting areas such as the glutes, legs, arms, core, and the most important muscle in the body - the heart. Previous dance experience is not necessary! The best workout is one that you want to keep doing - Zumba is so fun you will want to come back week after week!
