Wild About Animals! STEAM Art Camp
June 30 - July 3rd (No Camp July 4th)
Cost: $160 resident/$190 Non-Resident
Welcome to the wonderful world of animals! From deserts and savannas to rainforests and the Arctic Circle, we will learn about animals and their habitats. We will create animals in all shapes, sizes and colors. We will discover the special ways they move around, their unique ways to communicate and how animals adapt to survive in their habitats. We will design toucans, monkeys, lions and camels inspired by artists. We will create masterpieces with ostriches, polar bears, llamas, river otters, squirrels and stingrays! Each lesson will introduce fun art techniques while we explore STEAM concepts.
 
Really Big, Gigantic and Teeny Tiny Art! Camp
July 21 - July 25th
Cost: $195 resident/$230 Non-Resident
It’s all about scale in this creative camp that will delight kids as they create art that challenges dimensions – from enormous to miniature.  Our creative ideas flow as we create Cool Globes inspired by the Cool Globe Project that is touring around the world.  We learn about saving our planet and create awe-inspiring art.  We learn about glass sculpture and Dale Chihuly who creates masterpieces with glass and color.  We’ll make both a gigantic sculpture and small sculptures using recycled products.  We’ll be making murals, geometric sculptures, as well as playing creativity games with music to help set the tone, and much more.  We’re not a teeny, tiny bit shy about saying that this camp promises big, gigantic, huge, and rewarding FUN!
 
Abrakadabra! Camp Magical art for creative kids!
July 28 - August 1st
$195 resident/$230 Non-Resident
Do you believe in magic? Then this is the camp for you! Get swept up in hocus-pocus fun and arty creative activities! Learn a new magic trick each day!  Mix up a new, interesting color for a bubbling magic potion. Create a rabbit; then make him disappear.  Use special paper and PRESTO your artwork magically appears.  Put on your magic hat and join the FUN!  This concoction of art and magic includes ten art and creativity projects along with a cauldron of magical activities and games.  Abrakadabra is brought to you by Abrakadoodle, winner of seven Nickelodeon Parent Picks awards for the “Best Art Classes to Inspire Your Child’s Inner Picasso.”  Join us because you never can tell what might happen when magic is in the air…Oooooh! Did that portrait’s eyes just move?
