please email your application or mail/drop off to the Rec Center (140 Wilderman's Way) For those needing certification, you will be enrolled in an upcoming Lifeguard class free of charge if you apply and work for us!

1. Click the application link.
2. Download the PDF (top right).
3. Find the Seasonal Staff Application PDF in your files.
4. Right-click the file.
5. Hover over "Open With"
6. Select Microsoft Edge.
7. Add text with the add text option (top left)
8. When completely filled out click on the printer icon (Ctrl+p).
9. Under the "Printer" option select save to PDF.
10. Email the PDF to Rec@MiddletownCT.Gov
