Yoga Fish - This yoga class practiced in the pool will be unlike any yoga you have experienced. While you will recognize common yoga postures, this class will allow you deeper flexibility and will enhance joint movements while soothing the body in the relaxing water. Yoga Fish can help heal insomnia, will calm the nervous system and the mind. 
No swim experience necessary.
