If you are looking to get into swimming or triathlon but feel intimidated by the Masters' Swim Program, or is the 6:45am start time just way too early. Our adult swim clinic may be right for you. Our swim clinic is geared to individuals who know how to swim and can comfortably complete 1-2 lengths of the pool without stopping and can tread water for at least 1 minute, but may still be a little rough around the edges.
This Clinic led by US Master Level 3 Coach and three time Ironman Finisher Rob Duguay, is designed to refine your stroke, improve your stamina and get you ready for your first or next triathlon/ open water race/or swim meet.
