Football practice begins the 4th Monday in July. Practice is at Moody School, 300 Country Club Rd, Middletown CT, Monday-Thursday 6pm-8:00pm during the school summer break. Once school begins, practices are restricted to 8 hours per week based on a per-team schedule. Typically, this is 3 days per week from 6p-8p, plus game day. Practices are subject to change based on individual coaching requirements & weather.

Middletown Youth Lacrosse was established in 2012 with the mission to promote sportsmanship by developing, teaching, and encouraging the skills of lacrosse for all children, regardless of ability, Kindergarten through 8th grade (5 to 14 years of age). We are dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of lacrosse and preparing all athletes for the field of competition. We work hard to promote teamwork, sportsmanship, positive coaching, and having fun, while advancing the sport of lacrosse. Our goal is for each participant to feel like they have improved themselves and contributed to their team every day.

Middletown Men's Softball league is a USA/ASA association slow pitch league. The league consisting of competitive and recreational teams has been a mainstay in the Middletown, CT area for over 30 years. We play our games behind Moody School on Country Club Road. The fields are 300 ft fenced with lights and have been recognized as some of the best grass/dirt fields in CT and are maintained to perfection by the Park n Rec Dept. We play mainly on week nights with make-ups played during the week if a field is open OR on weekends.
