Aerobic-lates® with Rikki - Aerobic-lates Spring Session 2 Aerobic-lates - This class will combine all the best to get your heart beat going and that fat burning! We will start with 25 minutes of standing Pilates and low- impact aerobic moves then go to the floor for a more traditional Pilates approach to work those legs and abs. This class is a perfect blend of cardio, strength and balance. Be prepared to sweat while listening to great music! Please bring a set of mini weights as Rikki will integrate them into many of the exercises and a mat!Instructor Name: Rikki Altruz
