The Ultimate Goal of Xtreme Hip Hop is to breathe life back into fitness and make it fun for all ages, cultures, genders, and fitness levels. Our mission is to help save lives by encouraging fitness and making it fun and not a chore.

Join Brian O’Rourke for some fresh coffee or tea and of course conversation, at The Middletown Recreation Center. Brian will share stories of local history and what it was like growing up and living in the North End of Middletown. He will also talk about what it was like to work at O'Rourke's Irish Diner, a staple in downtown Middletown for over 80 years. Guests will learn a new recipe from Brian and he will share his baking knowledge and passion for cooking. Guests will also get to take home an original O'Rourke's inspired baked good.

Silver-lates - This class will begin with standing Pilates and gentle cardio then we will move to the chair for seated Pilates and finish with relaxing yoga stretching. For those who would rather move to the floor and are comfortable getting up and down themselves, the instructor will provide mat options.

Aerobic-lates - This class will combine all the best to get your heart beat going and that fat burning! We will start with 25 minutes of standing Pilates and low- impact aerobic moves then go to the floor for a more traditional Pilates approach to work those legs and abs.  This class is a perfect blend of cardio, strength and balance.
