Whether trying soccer for the first time, or wanting to sharpen your skills; our focus is to build confidence. Our goal is to strengthen footwork, dribbling, passing, and power striking through skill drills, and skill reinforcing activities. These drills will help build a basic understanding of the game of soccer. Shin guards are optional, but are not required because our activities are low contact. We only ask to please wear safe gym athletic sneakers.

Guests will learn a new recipe from Brian and he will share his baking knowledge and passion for cooking. Guests will also get to take home an original O'Rourke's inspired baked good.

Fitness with Dawn - Spring Session 2 Strength and Sculpt Saturday Dawn is a mother of 2 teens, a full time educator of 25 + years and a dedicated fitness instructor. She is passionate about health and wellness and believes in a holistic and realistic approach to well-being. Dawn is on a journey to discovering the best version of herself, while helping others do the same along the way. She makes classes diverse, challenging and always offers a fun experience designed for all fitness levels. I cannot think of a better place to learn the discipline and motivational skills needed to be successful as a personal trainer. I furthered my personal development by working at a cardiac rehab center where I helped transplant patients during their recovery. While specializing in injury rehab, I worked with many athletes on the Rochester Americans, a professional hockey team, the Rochester Red Wings, a minor league baseball team, and the Rochester Rhinos, a professional soccer team. After moving back to my home state of CT, I worked at the Middlesex YMCA as a personal trainer and co-coordinator of the Livestrong program.Let me help you overcome the physical and mental limitations we set for ourselves.
