This class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve a unique balance of cardio and muscle toning. You will use lightweight maraca-like toning sticks for some of the routines to enhance sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core, and lower body.
