Our goal is to strengthen footwork, dribbling, passing, and power striking through skill drills, and skill reinforcing activities. These drills will help build a basic understanding of the game of soccer. Shin guards are optional, but are not required because our activities are low contact. We only ask to please wear safe gym athletic sneakers.MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED.

This class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve a unique balance of cardio and muscle toning. You will use lightweight maraca-like toning sticks for some of the routines to enhance sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core, and lower body. Youth Soccer - Spring Session 1 - Youth Soccer Youth Soccer: This is our Indoor Introductory Soccer Skills class for ages 8-11 held in the Rec Center Multi-Purpose Room. Whether trying soccer for the first time, or wanting to sharpen your skills; our focus is to build confidence. Our goal is to strengthen footwork, dribbling, passing, and power striking through skill drills, and skill reinforcing activities. These drills will help build a basic understanding of the game of soccer. Shin guards are optional, but are not required because our activities are low contact. We only ask to please wear safe gym athletic sneakers.MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED.
