Karen Sevenoff is a life-long student of yoga and meditation.  Her practice and teaching of these simple, ancient yogic practices aim to ground us in our own divinity, lift us, and heal us.  The practice is made of gentle, slow, and controlled movements linked simply and easefully to our natural breath. Practice finishes with a nourishing, guided relaxation.  This sort of practice supports embodiment--resting deeply in the body and being at ease, in our natural state.  Students should dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat.   Karen Sevenoff is a student of Mark Whitwell & Gary Kraftsow and received her Yoga Certification at the Integral Yoga Ashram in Yogaville, VA.  Karen Has been offering classes and workshops in CT for over 20 years.
