Camp Payment Options for Summer 2025

We are offering several payment options for you to choose from.
  1. Full Payment: Register for weeks needed and pay in full.
  2. Payment Plan: Sign up for our payment plan, with a minimum of 5% down, with scheduled weekly or monthly  payments, that are paid in full by Friday June 13th.
  3. This option is available for Camp Moody, Camp Bielefield, Camp Spencer, Camp Crystal,Camp Dance, After Care, Camp Teen Quest, Late Summer Fun, Abrakadoodle Summer Camps, and CT STEM Academy Camps offered through Middletown Rec.
  4. Carek4Kids: If you receive Care4Kids, we are a provider and accept Care 4 Kids for summer camp. Summer PPAs are available now to be submitted. Forms are available in our office or on C4K Website. All Care 4 Kids Households will sign up for a payment plan, until recreation receives your Care4Kids Certificate for Summer 2025. 
  5. Scholarships: We have limited funds for any financial assistance. We provide up to 2 weeks per child, while funds are available.

All registrations must be submitted the Wednesday before camp begins, if spots are still available.

If a camp site is full, we strongly recommend signing up for the wait list, as there can be cancellations and we actively fill any spot that opens.
